1. What am I paying for?

The subscription cost covers all medical and allied health appointments, prescribed medications, treatment rooms and online access to courses via learn.vityl.com

2. How do I cancel my subscription?

3. What is stage 1?

Stage 1 is the initial medical assessment performed by either a doctor or a Nurse Practitioner. Please complete the online form in your confirmation email prior to attending your Stage 1 Medical Appointment.

4. What happens after my initial medical assessment? 

You will receive a pathology form and potential medication script.

5. What is stage 2?

 Stage 2 is the follow-up appointment wherein the practitioner will review your response to the medication.

6. How often will I receive medication? 

As often as you require.

7. How often do I have appointments?

As often as you require. You can also book a treatment review online here

8. How do I access my tracking number?

9. Can I claim Medicare for any Vityl appointments? 

No Medicare rebates are available for medical and allied health appointments.


10. Can I claim private health insurance for any Vityl appointments? 

You can claim private health insurance for the allied health appointments. Please request invoices from careteam@vityl.com for claiming purposes.

11. What is a treatment room?

A treatment room is a live click-to-enter session with a practitioner teaching real time skills for performance anxiety and breath work and pelvic floor training.

12. How often do treatment rooms take place?

All treatment rooms run once a week at the same time each week.


13. Are all appointments online? 

Yes all appointments are Telehealth appointments. 

14. How is my medication sent?

Medication is dispatched by our pharmacy partners via Australia Post.


15. When will I receive the medication?

Medication delivery times vary considerably depending on location. For most cities the delivery time is up to two-weeks. For remote and regional areas the delivery time is up to four-weeks.

16. How do I take my medication? 

As indicated by the prescribing practitioner and packet instructions.
